WARMAdvantage Checklist
- Call us to learn how to reduce your energy bill and receive rebates for choosing energy efficient equipment.
- Get the most for your money. It’s not just the quality of the equipment installed, it’s also the quality of the installation. It takes good training and advanced technology to properly install today’s high efficiency equipment.
- Don’t heat the outdoors. Before putting in a new boiler, furnace, or water heater, schedule a Home Performance Assessment to find out where energy is being wasted. If your home does not have enough insulation, or leaks too much air, even the most efficient unit will waste energy.
- Note: Homes constructed under NJ’s Residential New Construction Program are not eligible for the WARMAdvantage Program.
